-Started coaching in the warren league when I was 16 years old.  I coached the Kramer crusaders U-10 boys team.  I started coaching in the Saint Clair County area in 1992 when I coached a U12 boys for AYSO team.  In a years time I moved up to the U19 Saint Clair Club team for 2 years, this was before Saint Clair High School had a varsity team.   I then started coaching my daughters AYSO U-6 Coed team and continued coached her in AYSO until U-10 .  I created a U-11 girls Blue Water Laker MYSL Travel team and I coached there for one year.  I twas then offered a coaching postion at Carpathia Club for U12 Girls which I accepted.  I coached the girls team there for 7 years until this past season which finished my daughters youth status as a U18 State Premier team.  I also assistant coached the U-17 Gators with Ken Huss's State Premier team in 2008.  I played  a lot of soccer in my youth mainly on the Carpathia Club since I was in the U12 age group.   I was part of the 1976 State Champion Soccer team and we went on to take second place in the USA Regional tournament.  I was offered to come tryout for the USA Jr National team after the tournament.  Unfortunately, I was not chosen to play with the team, but it was a great experience and an honor to be chosen.   I am currently coaching and playing on the Carpathia  Over 40 men's team.  I have my E and D coaching license. I also starting assistant coaching the Saint Clair High School Boys Varsity team in 2000 and continued assistant coaching until the 2007 season when I took over as head coach.  I assisted the Saint Clair Girls Varsity team from 2005-2007 and I will assistant coach them this spring.
