PSG North Invitational Blue Water Bash

Registration Information

To register for the PSG North Invitational- Blue Water Bash please follow the instructions below.

1. Download application in either Excel or PDF format.

2. You can register in two possible ways. you can download the PDF file or Excel file, fill out and mail form to address below. Please include payment in form of check with your application. Your registration will not be accepted until the check is recieved. Make check payable to PSG North.

3. You can register via email by downloading and filling out the Excel form and emailing the form to kenhuss@psgnorth.com. However you still will need to mail the check to the address below. Your registration will be considered turned in when the email is recieved providing the check is received within a week of the emailed application.

4. You will receive a confirmation email that your registration was received. Once teams are accepted you will receive another email regarding your status. If not accepted your check will be returned.
